Service Definitions:
Basic Service: Recommended for routine service to maintain like-new performance. Includes complete sequential adjustments and all recommended lubrication and maintenance.
Premium Service: Recommended for machines not serviced in two years or longer. Required for major part replacements such as gears, cams, timing belts, hooks, needle bars, electronic boards, or loopers. It is also required for bound or frozen machines.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Not recommended for machines that have not been serviced in two years or longer. Bench fee for troubleshooting is $55, which includes the first hour of work. The hourly rate after the first hour is $30.
Service Order Warranty For All Services:
Warranties for workmanship are valid for 60 days.
